   The apartments are located in Alfama, the medieval neighborhood of Lisbon a unique place that deserves a special visit by anyone that comes to the capital city of Portugal.
   The first known inhabitants of Lisbon in the beginning of times settled in this area. The Phoenicians lived in Alfama, the Greeks and the Romans follwed, the Arabs and the Jews lived here during the middle ages, the Christians called Alfama their home, and so when you came to Lisbon its in Alfama where you'll have to stay.
